Kavita, a fashion designer in India, fights mass industrialization with an innovative web-based project to save the soon-to-be lost art of hand-loom weaving. In Afghanistan, Sakena, a women's rights activist, faces constant danger providing an education for, and empowering the young women of her embattled country.
