A Hard Day (2014)

Homicide detective Ko Gun-soo has just buried his deceased mother before accidentally running over a man and killing him. However, he decides to hide the body. When an unknown witness threatens to expose him and one of his colleagues investigates the victim, Ko Gun-soo is cornered. A very effective thriller, with excellent action scenes, an intense plot, technically impeccable, with dark humour and plenty of unexpected twists that keep you in suspense until the very ending of the film.
