Luis, Woody and John are really close friends who believe that it's really cool to be a gangster. Luis's brother (Manzano) is a Mexican-American gangster who is the leader of a big cartel. The 3 friends want to be just like him, but In order to do that they have to prove Manzano that they are the right guys for the job.
