Tan Aggan (1999)

Rekha comes from a small town to Mumbai with big dreams of becoming a successful journalist. Her dreams almost come true, or so she thinks, when she meets Jimmy. He promises her a great job and asks her to come to his house. However he drugs her once there and then sells her off in an unconscious state. However Rekha wakes up just in time and kills Jimmy for his evil act. She then escapes and gets a job as an investigative journalist. Soon Rekha comes to know of more and more pimps in the city and goes on a killing spree. The cops are baffled by all the murders and don't have any solid evidence. It is just a matter of time before the police gets a hands on some crucial hint and nabs Rekha, before she kills more pimps in the city.
