We see a woman, with no top on, feeding a man, we only see the side of her breasts, no nipples.

A man orders another man to seduce a woman.

"Down at the Midnight Rectory" may be considered suggestive.

A man and woman are see making out, it is implied they had sex.

We see some tortured souls with wounds, like cuts on a woman's back and a man with a cut open neck.

A woman is beaten up for interrogation, we cut away before seeing anything, she is latter seen with some blood on her face.

A woman is shown with her face was mangled to make a permanent smile, this is more disturbing than violent.

We see a fantasized scene of people being poisoned.

A woman is beaten until half of her face is covered in blood. She looks that way for quite a while, her face is permanently damaged.

A man is poisoned

One use of fuck, three uses of shit (one during a song), other mild language (ass, piss, etc.).

An earlier scene shows that there's no alcohol in Heaven, so the bar in a later scene most likely doesn't serve alcoholic beverages.

When a character gets sent to Hell, it's very sad.

Religious viewers could be offended by the depictions of Heaven and Hell.

While dark, the film has humor, mostly catchy and upbeat songs, and a over the top fantasy style to it that makes the themes and content easier to handle.

Satan may frighten children.
