There are multiple uses of racial slurs (both black and white oriented), "God d*mn" and heavy use of f-bombs. There are likely other incidents of profanity, as well, but I was unable to continue watching beyond 20 minutes, as I was watching this with my parents and they couldn't handle the profanity. I'm sorry I can't be more detailed, but I figured for the sake of anyone else who likes true crime, but for whom profanity is a deal-breaker, I'd at least write this much in. It's sporadic until after about 15 minutes, when he's riding in a car with a woman talking about the case. Then it gets real heavy, especially the f-bombs.
