Basilio Martín Patino. La décima carta (2014)

Almost fifty years after the premiere of "Nueve cartas a Berta", filmmaker Virginia García del Pino tries to write the tenth with the man who directed that legendary film of Spanish cinema: Basilio Martín Patino. A shared letter, in which we witness the birth of an intimate friendship between them, while confirming, at the same time, the sad evidence of a progressive loss of memory in the case of the old director, who can barely remember the facts that are evoke from ancient press cuttings, books or even celluloid spools.
