Instead of Someone (2014)

The protagonist is a plastic surgeon. His family moved to the United States when he was a little boy. Thus, the young man, who has grown up and got educated overseas, has a western mentality. And this law abiding citizen could not even imagine in his motherland, he will be involved into an illegal deal and "help" the criminal pass as somebody else.
