Dr Acid Face

Dr. Acid Face follows Russian scientist, Dr. Vladnov who comes to the US to hand his work over to the Americans but the Russians attempt to stop him. In doing so Dr. Vladnov is exposed to his weapon agents and is transformed into Dr. Acid Face. Now horribly disfigured and goes on a killing spree requiring the US and Russian governments to capture Dr. Vladnov before he continues to kill.
