Where Will You Run? (1977)

Layla marries Ali and suffers from his strictness, so much so that he moves her to live in an isolated house in Alexandria. Layla lives in emptiness and boredom as her husband travels a lot to Cairo. He reviews himself and decides to move to Cairo. Layla is surprised by Ibrahim, the newspaper seller, and Izzat, the projectionist at the area cinema, along with Abbas, who sexually assault her.
