De Boodschap (2019)

When the practicing young Muslim Wassim visits the supermarket, he is closely monitored by the security guard. After a scuffle between the two with fatal consequences, there is panic among shoppers who run out of the supermarket. What Wassim does not yet know is that there are three employees on a break in the canteen. When he discovers them, he tries to prove his innocence, until something strange happens that questions his story. "De Boodschap" is a drama film with intense dialogues on contemporary social issues interspersed with a good dose of tension.
