After the death of his sister a driven cop must step up to protect not just his family but his entire city from a marauding, goo-spewing, hazmat suited bum transformed by chemical waste. But unbeknownst to all a much darker force is at play that threatens to tear the very fabric of Brooks County to pieces in a barrage of scientific experimentation, ecological contamination and corporate evil.
