Agnosia (2018)

Dr. Vogt, a neurologist, visits Mr. and Mrs. Schnarr for coffee. At first he comes to them as an admirer of the husband's musical talents, but soon he recognizes his kooky behavior as possible symptoms of visual agnosia. Mrs. Schnarr, however, doesn't want to hear any of it.
