7447: Death Future (2012)

In a retro-futurist vision of 2042, a mysterious virus has stricken the world and considerably lessened the population. A corrupt world leader stationed in New York City has instituted a lottery system for those over the age of 18 who have not yet been vaccinated - only those who win by chance may survive. Teenage vagrant siblings Noah and Gia (who have begun to fall ill), are rummaging through a trash yard when they happen upon a mysterious device they feel they can barter to possibly score some vaccine off the street. But this mysterious device is actually a long sought-after military experiment and the only missing part is kept at the Manhattan base of Dictator Naster and his gang of street punks - who have now taken Gia as collateral to convince Noah to hand over the device they seek. Noah, teaming up with a savvy bartender and inventor, heads to the heart of the city to fight Naster and his gang, save his sister and hopefully put an end to the sickness that has been plaguing them both.
