The In-Between (2018)

Isabel, 17, recently lost her best friend. That tragedy, combined with a messy home life, prompts her to jump in front of a bus. The In-Between follows a conversation between a woman and Isabel, as the woman inquires about Isabel's life in order to understand what motivated the teenager to kill herself. As the woman reports to her boss, they discuss Isabel's fate. The boss is worried about budget cuts and that if the woman keeps sending people back, they will be "shut down". In the end, the woman ultimately tells Isabel that it's her choice: life or death?
