The documentary portrays in cinematic language the story of the four Australians who achieved, for the first time in the country's history, the national age record for the 360 category in swimming competitions. The youngest team member is 87 years old and the oldest is 92. Their ages combined is almost four centuries. Our purpose is to present for different generations their amazing achievement and their impressive attitude towards life, while showing that you are never too old to keep active. We uncover historical facts of their journey, highlight which aspects have led them to be in such good shape in their age, and the benefits swimming has added to their physical and emotional health. Designed to inspire and acknowledge these pioneers' achievement, this documentary brings smiles, laughs, tears, and a call to action.
