Rose struggles to come to terms with her father Raymond's worsening Alzheimer's Disease. Her mother passed away four years previously and her selfish sister is wrapped up in her own drama. With the help of Amelia the nurse, things are looking up. That is until pneumonia sets in, and Raymond slowly fades away, leaving the devastating effect of the disease on Rose and Amelia.
