The Preacher (2016)

Brian, a 30 year old Christian preacher from America, travels to rural Philippines to spread the Word of God. At the local church in the Filipino village, Brian encounters a troubled young couple and learns that the couple's young daughter has passed away and pays the couple a visit to offer his condolences and a prayer for peace for the family. Things take a pressurising turn, however, when they ask him to pray for their child to be brought back to life. As he tries to bargain, explain and escape the prayer, Brian realises just how far he is from truly believing in what he preaches.
