Perjanjian Terlarang (1990)

Murti is the daughter of formerly wealthy farmer, who has gone bankrupt and owes large sums of money to the loan shark, Juragan Hamid, who has his eye on Murti. He forces him to let him marry his daughter, even though she already has a boyfriend Yusman. Because they have no alternative, lovers marry one another is a mystic ceremony witnessed by the spirit of the dwarf shaman, before Murti is given in marriage to Hamid. After marriage, by chance, Murti learns that Hamid is a fugitive convict, and then he murders her to secure his secret. Murti's death disturbs the spirit of shaman, and together, they begin to haunt the village, causing unrest among the villagers.
