The Truth (2021)

This is a low-budget film of realism, expecting to reflect the current status of China's entertainment news industry, as well as conflicts between people of different ages and classes on the recognition of 'gossip' through a young female anchor's career experience, a representative of post-1990 generation in China, so as to reflect on the meaning of 'truth' in a wide range of social life and explore the choice of 'truth, goodness, and beauty'.
