Compromise (2017)

Erik is a high performing African American employee who has been working at the company for a few months on a probationary contract. Once he finds out that his newer and less qualified colleague Brad has already received a promotion he decides to respectfully approach his boss Dave about the misunderstanding. Unfortunately Dave isn't quite on the same page until Erik tries a different approach.
