Phoenix Vice (2007)

After finding the body of his undercover brother, it's up to Vice cop Brisco Whitman to track down the culprits: Arizona Coke Kingpin Francisco Suarez and his strange but deadly right hand henchman, Balls. It's non-stop action and laughs for the audience as Brisco hunts down and interacts with the weirdest characters the Valley of the Sun has to offer, from the Police Chief to fellow Detectives obsessed with popcorn to homophobic dealer Johnny Spitshine.
