Tillie (2019)

After relocating to Jersey Shore, teenager Julia is ready for a clean slate. She makes close friends with CiCi, Parker, and Matt but the spirit of an iconic decrepit mural begins murdering carnival goers. Julia must step up to solve the case and save her newfound friends. The Pilot, "Tillie" is the work of a young female writer, Liv Anton whose focus is on the teen horror drama.
