Invisible Struggle (2018)

Will, an actor who recently replaced Benedict Cumberbatch in a film, goes through a normal day while struggling with depression. Everyone around him, including friends Valeries and new director, Damien, misjudge the situation and believe he is happy-go-lucky. Claire, his new co-star, understands there is something more going on in Will's world.
