The Master Plan (2014)

The Master Plan is a one-hour documentary special that follows the iconoclastic and controversial urban planner Andres Duany during an eight day master planning workshop in the Cayman Islands. The story chronicles how an entirely new city, that will ultimately double the population of the Cayman Islands, gets designed in eight days. With utter frankness and clarity, Duany explains his process of New Urbanism and how his vision for this new town will improve the lives of every person that enters his realm.
