About five former patients who talk openly about their time at Sankt Lars hospital. The time period is approximately 1960-2000. Also in the film is Lars H. Gustafsson, who gives a picture of how the burial ground next to the hospital is managed today. To give a nuanced picture of today's psychiatry, I have also had Åsa Westrin, professor and chief physician in psychiatry, interviewed.
