Steven reluctantly hosts his family for Christmas. To infuse his home with festive cheer, he enlists the help of Gretchen, a skilled holiday coordinator. As Gretchen works her magic to bring the joy of Christmas to Steven's family, the unexpected happens – the holiday spirit draws Steven and Gretchen closer to each other.
