Ålen - Haltdalen (1969)

Ålen and Haltdalen in the old Sør-Trøndelag had some gloomy figures in 1969: An average income of less than 6,000 NOK and a decline in the population of 15 percent in less than 20 years. This program also gives us a look on the people and life in both towns.
