In the abandoned Arab village of Hoshah bordering the lands of Ramat Yohanan, a bloody battle took place between Druze soldiers and Jewish soldiers during the 1948 war, and each side tells its story about the events. From the secret contacts between the two sides, the Druze soldiers left the area and returned to Lebanon and Syria, a small part of the Druze soldiers crossed the borders and fought with the Jews for the establishment of the State of Israel. This group called the Hurani.
