Everything Will Be Okay (2016)

Drama/Thriller "Everything Will Be Okay" follows the story of 17-year-old, Eve Goldman, who is living in rural Georgia with her abusive father. Ten years ago, her mother left after an argument with Eve's dad and never came back. After Eve reaches the limit of her father's abuse, she ends up running from the police. Fearing the worst she escapes from her town to find the place her mother always wrote about in her journal, Cloudland Canyon. Along the way she learns how to live life from the people that she meets...until reality catches up.
