Atlas 2053 (2018)

In the not-so-distant future, the United States democracy has fallen and a dictator has emerged. Each person, on their eighteenth birthday must receive a status symbol tattoo in order to buy or sell. Isabella Walker arrives two days late to her local tattoo studio to receive her tattoo. There she meets the grumpy shop owner. During her short visit, they both discover that there's a lot more to life than a status symbol.
