Fake It Til You Make It (2018)

Phil North is a young hip hop artist living in the shadows of his successful friends Hank Steele (Dee Rogers) and DiLucid (Nicholas Cook). Suffering from writer's block and having just learned he failed to advance to the next round of the America's Got Bars rap challenge, Phil heads (dateless) to Hank's celebration party, where he decides to take Hank's haphazardly given advice to "fake it 'til you make it". Unfortunately, the advice seems to work a little too well, and Phil soon gets more than he bargained for.
