The Night Guard (2018)

Bill is struggling with life. His personal life is falling apart as his wife feels like he has lost all his ambition. Starting his shift as an office night guard, he discovers the previous night guard (Ted) appears to have walked off his shift the night before and the companies contract is at risk. Through the night, Bill finds himself being tormented by someone or something as lights randomly go off and he begins to see sightings of another night guard within the building.
