Shadowboxer

A successful father and former boxing champion is suddenly unable to provide for his family and commits suicide. His wife and son, Johnny, are forced to move into a poor, gang-filled neighborhood. Johnny had been in private school but now he must quickly learn the streets to survive. He develops his boxing talents with the help of a gang leader (who is a former friend of his father's) and is not only accepted in his neighborhood but moves up in the boxing world.
