Taste Buds (2018)

Taste Buds is a dark comedy which focuses on the disturbing relationship between Debbie and Gordon. Debbie is a 28 year old frustrated chef who, after a freak accident, now suffers from dysgeusia, a distortion of her taste buds that causes her to taste things differently from normal people. This of course ruined her career and out of sheer desperation and frustration she kidnaps Gordon, an average and lonely man with basic knowledge of cooking. Once in her power she force feeds him her horrible cooking, using him as a guinea pig to develop recipes to help her win a cooking competition.
