Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman (2022)

A giant talking frog and an elusive cat help an apathetic bank clerk, his traumatized wife and a lonely accountant find meaning in their lives and possibly save Tokyo from catastrophe. Based on the short stories of acclaimed Japanese author Haruki Murakami, this debut feature by composer Pierre Földes won the Special Mention at the Annecy Animation Film Festival and the Grand Prize at the Brussels Anima Festival.
