Otona no dôkyûsei: Sase ko to hatsukoi (2018)

Reiji and Sumire go to the same high school and often go to and from school together. As they are walking as usual, they come across Beniko who has collapsed on her bicycle. Reiji saves her, and Beniko's heart is pounding in her chest.
