Beautiful Dreamer (2018)

Young Jack pines over Rand Mcquire throughout High School. She is injured in a car accident and enters into a coma. Jack uses his grandfather's 'Dreamcatcher' medical device to help pull her our of her coma. Jack encounters the ghost of his grandfather while using the machine. Jack has a choice to make, risk everything, or watch her die.
