28... Ma non li dimostra (2016)

Article 28 was a State loan in favor of Italian author cinema, reserved in particular for first and second works. This documentary intends to retrace the history of that particular contribution to the production, alternating clips from films made with that mechanism and interviews with the experts, who in some way were witnesses or direct protagonists. Despite gossip, controversy and alleged scandals, Article 28 allowed the creation of many good films, some of which were successful at the box office, launching actors and directors of primary importance today.
