The Years (2018)

Birthdays and their celebrations are a pervasive way with which we measure our lives and the passage of time. The Years is a meditation on time, memory and mortality through our representation in images and rituals throughout our lives. A representation of the circular nature of time and generational continuity, the short film ultimately highlights the abstract ways in which we understand time and collective experience.
