A family lives in a dystopian alternate reality without animal protein, the prices of all foods have increased and the most accessible alternative of food is the most extreme. The parents strive to pretend they have a higher socioeconomic status than the real one, their son is unhappy with the way the world works and with the demands of his parents, since he and his personal relationships are seen as the way of the family's ascent, the search for progress of all will be its own self-destruction.
