Travel the country meeting those whose fate, representation, and policy decisions that affect real lives come down to a coin flip, straw draw, card game, or another "game of chance". In a time when politics is incredibly high stakes, solving important races with a coin flip is an unimaginable reality for most casual observers and political junkies alike.
