Lapon (2018)

A young man wakes up after having a nightmare, feeling disoriented. He washes up, gets dressed and takes his car to a desert highway. After driving a while, he notices that he keeps passing by the same places over and over again. There is also a red car that keeps driving by, passing him several times. After gathering up the courage he decides to break the loop only to find that he is still in it.
