La Ciudad de los Durmientes (1995)

In this documentary, based on Pedro Badran Padaui first novel, "Lecciones de Vértigo", the director combines re-enactments with the narration of the writer himself, creating a tense atmosphere between the story, the characters and the city. It's presented as a metaphor for the chaos and loneliness of man. Featuring the writer and a cameo appearance by the rock group Aterciopelados.
