Pravitel Turroputo (1988)

The former Master of Fates and Ruler planned to take possession of the Key of Time, which is kept by the clock keeper Hanselius in order to turn the movement of time back. After the Ruler succeeds, he makes an appeal to the inhabitants of the country and announces that now he will lead their movement towards a bright future.
