True Love Blooms (2019)

Vikki George is the enthusiastic manager of a community garden started by her late father. The property owner sells it to a real estate developer, Chace Devine, who plans to get rid of the garden to build condos. Vikki tries to convince Chace to keep the garden, meeting with him frequently, giving him plants, and gathering support for the garden in the local community. Chace admires her spirit but is still unwilling to change his mind. As Vikki shows him how much the garden means to everyone, the two start to fall in love, even as the property is about to change hands.
