Man-Boy (2018)

Slice-of-life drama that follows little brother Nicky as he grapples with how to deal with someone who is harassing him in school. On one hand, his mother Cecile tries to coax him into talking out his issues at school; on the other hand, Nicky's older brother Pierce pushes him toward violent retaliation in a bid for respect. The film follows events that lead to the falling-out of the two brothers and deals with themes of toxic masculinity; in particular, the negative fallout that stereotypical masculinity has on everyone.
