Small Miracles (2020)

Faith and circumstance collide for Anita and husband Sammy returning home from World War II to find a more independent woman, after raising their daughter Frances while he was away. When Frances secretly prays for a baby sister, Anita finds herself unexpectedly pregnant. Only against the concerns of her doctor, she may not be able to survive her pregnancy.
