Tim Palmer is the award-winning author of 31 books about rivers, conservation, and adventure travel. He is a photographer of America's natural landscapes and a dynamic public speaker with inspiring slide shows about a range of environmental topics. Tim has been taking photos of America's rivers and natural landscapes for more than 40 years and may have the most complete collection of river photos, with images from watersheds all across the U.S. He was featured in the September 2007 issue of Outdoor Photographer magazine. He was an award winner in the 2008 Yosemite Renaissance exhibit, a finalist for the Galen Rowell Art of Adventure Award, and won the Sierra Club's 2019 Ansel Adams award for "superlative photography."
