James Nanney Jr.

James Nanney, Jr is a Los Angeles based editor, writer, and director from North Carolina. James has experience utilizing Avid, Premiere Pro and Da Vinci Resolve. James is also very familiarized with final draft. James graduated from the Los Angeles Film School with a bachelor's degree in film production. Prior to attending the LA Film School, James served ten and a half years in the United States Marine Corps. James is a combat veteran deploying to Sangin, Helmand Province, Afghanistan, in 2012 for Operation Enduring Freedom. James is a natural born leader, and his personal mantra is "If you're on time you're late." Time management is the most important skill James utilizes because time is money. Outside of filming, James enjoys playing golf and watching his beloved Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Braves. In addition to filming, James has acted in multiple music videos for the heavy metal band Ice Nine Kills.
